Election for RHCC Board of Directors
Monday, October 19th
12:00 pm – 7:00 pm
This election will choose 3 Directors for the Rolling Hills Country Club Board.
One vote is permitted per each REGULAR membership.
(Swim & Court and Social memberships are NOT included)
All voting should be completed in-person on Election Day. If you are unable to attend that day, an ABSENTEE ballot may be obtained from the Club Manager, Ryan.
Guidelines for an Absentee Ballot
“All ballots shall be secret and must be completed in person or by absentee ballot. The absentee ballot may be obtained from the Secretary or an assignee with a signature from the member. Ballot must be returned at any time preceding the day of the election (October 19th). The Secretary or an assignee will have the responsibility of safe keeping of the absentee ballots making sure the absentee ballots are placed in the voting box to be counted with the rest of the ballots. Voting by proxy will not be accepted.”

Day League Golf Through October
The Ladies Day League will play every Tuesday through October at 10:00 AM
The Senior Men’s Golf Association will play every Tuesday at 11:00 am and Thursday at 10:00 am through October. GHIN handicap is required.
Halloween Party
Saturday, October 24th

We’re kicking off the Halloween fun with hot dogs, Halloween treats and plenty of spooky surprises! Once everyone is fueled up, hit the course for Trick-or-Treating!
But that’s not all… come dressed to impress because we’re having a Costume Contest! Don’t forget to give your golf cart some Halloween magic for the Best Decorated Golf Cart Contest! 🚗👻

We need some spooky volunteers to help turn the golf course into a Halloween adventure! We have a sign-up sheet for volunteers who would like to create a festive spooky stop along the course is located in the breezeway next to the Golf Shop.

2026 Cassidy’s Cause Reverse Auction
Saturday, November 7th
6:00 pm – Dinner
6:30 pm – Reverse Auction Begins
Tickets are now available for this year’s Cassidy’s Cause fundraiser. Cassidy’s Cause is a local charity whose mission is to provide individuals living with disabilities the opportunity to grow and develop through therapeutic, educational and recreational activities, while interacting with a horse. Tickets cost $100. Each ticket includes a complimentary meal for two at the drawing. Prizes include five $200 winners and the final number will win $10,000!! You do not need to be present to win.

Turkey Scramble

The format will be a 4-person scramble. $8/person, $15/couple or $30/team. Each team must have at least one member. Payment due the day of the tournament.

Join us for good food and fun for the annual Ladies Golf Association Christmas Dinner. $18/plate for non-league members ($19 for Venmo). League member eat free!
