2018 Member Assessment

As a member of Rolling Hills Country Club, you are aware of the struggles we have had with our bentgrass greens over the last several years. As a result, the Board of Directors has entered into a contract with The Champions Turf Farm to change our greens to Champion G12 dwarf Bermuda grass. The estimated total cost for this conversion is $150,000.
Despite the income we will receive from the sale of our cell tower lease, in order to pay for this conversion and the loss of revenue during the downtime and the potential loss of dues, assuming some members may be lost, the repair of the dam on #18, and to also ensure the future financial viability of the Club, the Board has voted to implement a one-time assessment to the membership of Rolling Hills Country Club as follows:

Regular members (including Seniors) $500

Swim/Tennis members $130 (One month’s dues)

The $500 assessment may be paid in one of three methods:
1. One-time payment of $500
2. Five monthly payments of $100
3. Ten monthly payments of $50

The $130 assessment may be paid in one of three methods:
1. One-time payment of $130
2. Two monthly payments of $65
3. Five monthly payments of $26

This assessment is now due. If you choose to do one of the monthly payment plans, please contact the Office at 270.554.4508, Ext 1 or by emailing ldapp@comcast.net. Your payments will begin in August.
