Kevin Rhinehart, David Berschied, Champion David Watson, Jerry “Mouse” Mullen
The inaugural Men’s Eight Ball Pool tournament is in the record books. RHCC Member David Watson finished undefeated in the double elimination tournament beating David Berschied in the finals 2-1 on Sunday, February 11th. Rounding out the top four were Kevin Rhinehart in third place and Jerry “Mouse” Mullen finishing in fourth. It was a great tournament with some upsets along the way. Thanks to all the players who participated in the tournament.
After the success of this tournament, we are hosting two additional tournaments simultaneously. Sign-up is underway for another single tournament as well as a two-man tournament. We will have both a Novice division and an Open division in both tournaments. Entry fee is $5 per player.
Blind draw bracket will be posted Monday, February 26th. Participants will schedule their own matches to be played at RHCC at time convenient to both players. Matches must be completed within a week of last match played. Semi-finals and finals will be played at time scheduled by Club.
Both tournaments will be two out of three games and double elimination format. Sign-up information is in the Golf Shop. Deadline to sign up is Sunday, February 25th. Call the Golf Shop or the Office for more information.
